As of Tuesday November 17 2009, the Real Estate Agents Authority replaced the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand (REINZ) as the oversight body for the real estate industry.
They provide both independent oversight of the industry and increased consumer protection. We are here to assist both consumers - people buying or selling property - and those who work within the real estate industry.
